What does the process look like?
An intro call, a role-specific exercise done in your own time, two interviews and a conversation with the hiring manager's manager. Usually two to three weeks end to end.
Do you sponsor visas?
In the UK, Netherlands and Singapore, yes, for senior roles. Elsewhere it depends on the office.
