Navigation, reporting and the daily workflow. Around four hours, self-paced.
Practitioner
Applied programmes

Audits, briefs, prioritisation and measurement. Two days plus an assessed project.
Architect
Governance and scale

Multi-property design, permissions, warehouse integration and forecasting. Assessed.

FAQ

Is it free?

Foundation and Practitioner are free for customers. Architect includes a live assessment and carries a fee.

Does it expire?

Certification is valid for two years, after which a short refresher covers what has changed.
